I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family. The service was top-notch, everyone from valet to the bar team was so friendly and helpful. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, nice, and roomy with all the extras, but unfortunately, they reeked, had a horrible view of the garbage area, and I was woke up promptly at 6 am by garbage trucks. However, the location, although walkable to restaurants, shops, and Old Town, had some drawbacks like white residue all over the wood. The dining spread in the morning was good, but missing a bonus of 750 points. The facilities were generally good, but not without some downsides.
